We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Identify potential clients in manufacturing, textile, engineering, foundry, educational, and trading sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP/software solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, Tally, or business software solutions is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Marketing), or any graduate.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, ERP Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
