Job Title: Social Media & Graphic Design Executive

Experience: 2–5 years Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and execution-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Executive who can manage both our digital presence and visual identity. This role involves creating compelling content, designing visuals, recording camera-facing videos, editing reels, and supporting internal presentation needs. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing social media, visual design, and video editing. They must also bring strong creativity in ad conceptualization, especially for campaigns across multiple brands or organizations, understanding unique audience needs and visual identities.
Roles & Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish platform-wise content calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor trends and develop creative content strategies.
- Engage with users—respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for content inputs and updates.
Content & Copy Creation
- Write catchy, platform-specific captions and copy for posts, stories, campaigns, and reels.
- Prepare presentation decks for internal or external use (PowerPoint/Canva).
- Develop content for WhatsApp marketing and brand communication.
Graphic Design & Visual Identity
- Design posts, carousels, banners, brochures, and communication materials.
- Create event-specific branding and internal announcement creatives.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals.
Video & Motion Content
- Record short camera-facing videos for reels, messages, or brand updates.
- Edit reels, Shorts, and animated content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
- Design storyboards and sequences for social storytelling formats.
- Edit professional-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content as needed.
- Conceptualize creative ad campaigns and video storylines tailored to different products, services, or brands.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key performance indicators: engagement, reach, follower growth.
- Maintain content logs and design repositories in shared folders.
- Suggest improvements based on monthly analytics.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Strong writing and captioning ability in English.
- Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and content planning tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
- Comfortable in front of camera for video recording purposes.
- Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.
- Ability to conceptualize marketing ads and campaign content across diverse brands or sectors.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in content marketing, branding, or SaaS/B2B space.
- Ability to ideate and storyboard social media campaigns.
- Exposure to marketing automation or scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer).
- Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling.
