Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sr. Sales Consultant with experience in face-to-face client counseling and strong convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, converting leads, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face counseling with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize conversions.
- Handle client queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients for closures.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records and daily reports.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales / Counseling / Client Handling.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Experience in Wellness / Skin Care / Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Willing to undergo 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
