Job Summary
A3D Capital is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and promoting Mutual Fund and Insurance solutions. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a rewarding career in financial services and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
- Identify and engage potential customers for Mutual Fund and Insurance products.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and objectives.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and investment solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: B.Com, BBA, Finance, Economics, or MBA.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and conducting meetings.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
