Project C Foundation – We care for your mental health, is a Non-Profit Organisation that aims to provide everyone with mental and emotional support, raise, educate, and spread the importance of mental health wellness to end the stigma associated with it which unfortunately still exists in the 21st century. It aims to be the first go-to place for anyone who is seeking help to deal with their mental health issues, anytime and anywhere around the globe through the help of our voluntary personal and professional support. In other words, Project C aims to be the mental distress/crisis first aid and care centre of the world.
Role description:-
We are looking for candidates who have a Master's in Psychology. The program intern produces, supervises, and executes activities between multiple projects to ensure they align with the organisation’s goals. He/she will provide strategic guidance to teams and project coordinators in ways that enhance and develop the organisation’s projects and also oversee the progress of operations.
Duration- 3 months
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Organizing Programs and Activities by the mission and goals of the organisation
- Aid Activities for further research and development. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Creating and Managing long-term goals.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring Goals are met in areas including program delivery satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Implementing and Managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Working on strategy with the Communications and PR team for better outreach.
