Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework and PowerShell scripting for automation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of client-side development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
