Job Summary
Aqua Technology is looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Telesales Executive to support daily office operations and contribute to business growth through customer engagement and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Maintain customer databases, reports, and administrative records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
