Job Summary:
The Gardener is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of the Gold club and club resort’s gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas. This role ensures a clean, green, and visually appealing environment that contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, and landscaped areas across the resort
- Water plants, trees, and lawns regularly as per schedule
- Trim hedges, prune plants, and remove weeds to ensure neat appearance
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as required
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments safely
- Ensure pathways, garden areas, and outdoor spaces are clean and well-kept
- Identify plant diseases or pest issues and take corrective actions
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good condition
- Assist in seasonal landscaping and decorative garden setups
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of gardening, landscaping, and plant care
- Prior experience as a gardener (preferred)
- Understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation methods
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- Attention to detail and love for plants/nature
