Job Overview
Infrabyte Consulting is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. This is a remote role suitable for candidates who are confident in client communication and interested in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Present the company’s services and understand client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting business outreach.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of ₹7,500 per month.
- 10% commission on successful client acquisitions that result in closed business.
