Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead generation
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and marketing strategies
- Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies
- Improve website traffic, customer acquisition, and brand visibility through performance marketing techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, lead generation, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies
- Experience in A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer behavior
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
