- Analyse key operations performance indicators to determine if operations are effective.
- Analyse trade portfolios to support issues or queries of buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers.
- Conduct checks on documentation provided by logistics providers.
- Conduct checks on documentation required for trade transactions.
- Conduct incident or crisis management plans to address issues with management of goods.
- Contribute in key activities and milestones in technology projects.
- Create and execute orders for trade transactions in line with organisational or regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the use of technology, electronic tools and devices.
- Implement organisational policies to reduce non-conformance of receipt, handling and storage of products.
- Implement organisational procedures for effective trade dispute resolutions.
- Investigate and escalate erroneous trade transactions for management resolutions.
- Perform organisational procedures to ensure that deployment and tracking of products meet requirements.
- Plan continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
- Provide assistance in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed.
- Reconcile trade transactions processed with relevant trade documentations.
- Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure working level's compliance to organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling and storage of products.
Expectations and qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel- knowledge of excel formulae, vlookup, pivot and data entry
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
