Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screenings
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain strong communication with candidates during the recruitment lifecycle
- Provide feedback and support throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of IT recruitment processes
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
