Faculty Recruitment – Assistant Professor (Finance)
Department: Finance / Management Studies Position: Assistant Professor Discipline: Finance Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joining Preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ph.D. in Finance (or Management with Finance specialization) from a recognized university(Preffered but not mandatory)
- Qualified UGC-NET (or equivalent, e.g., NET/SET/SLET) as per applicable regulatory norms
- 2–4 years of relevant teaching/research/industry experience in Finance
- Strong academic record with good publications in peer-reviewed journals preferred
Subjects to be Taught:
- Java (Core+Advance)
- Programming Principal & Algorithm
- System Programming
Desired Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Banking & Financial Services
- Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills
- Interest in research, curriculum development, and student mentoring
- Proficiency in statistical/financial tools (SPSS, EViews, Excel, etc.) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Undertake undergraduate/postgraduate teaching in Finance and allied subjects
- Guide student research projects/dissertations
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and participate in conferences
- Contribute to departmental administrative and accreditation activities
- Support institutional academic and outreach initiatives
Note: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
