Job Title: Podcast Coordinator

Role Summary
The Podcast Coordinator will manage end-to-end execution of the podcast - covering guest coordination, shoot scheduling, approvals, editing coordination, and publishing readiness. The role ensures seamless execution, zero last-minute gaps, and smooth collaboration across content, editing, and publishing teams.
Responsibilities
● Connect with podcast guests for outreach, confirmations, and coordination
● Coordinate guest availability and finalize podcast shoot dates
● Manage end-to-end podcast coordination post guest approval
● Share confirmed guest details with internal stakeholders (host/content lead)
● Schedule podcast shoots and block calendars accordingly
● Coordinate and secure approvals on podcast video files (pre-production & final cuts)
● Liaise with editors and internal teams for podcast video editing, reviews, and iterations
● Ensure podcast reels/clips are ready at least 24 hours before publishing
● Maintain and update podcast status in the content tracker (scheduled, recorded, edited, approved, published)
● Manage and maintain the content folders with correct versioning and structure
● Ensure smooth handover of final assets for YouTube, Spotify, and short-form platforms
● Track timelines and follow up rigorously to avoid delays
● Maintain an organized repository of guest details, raw files, edited assets, and approvals
● Social media management for the podcast related social media platforms (Instagram & YouTube)
Skills & Competencies
● Excellent coordination and follow-up discipline
● Strong communication (written + verbal)
● High attention to detail and timeline ownership
● Comfortable working with senior creators, doctors, and external guests
● Working knowledge of podcast/video workflows
● Tech-comfortable with Google Calendar, Drive, Frame.io, trackers, and collaboration tools
Qualifications
● 2–4 years experience in content coordination, podcast management, media, or digital marketing, Agency experience as Key account manager
● Prior experience handling podcasts, YouTube shows, or long-form video content preferred
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines independently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
