We are looking for an experienced IT Career Counsellor who can guide and counsel students (especially freshers) about the right career paths in the IT industry. The role involves connecting with students, understanding their interests, and guiding them toward suitable technical courses that align with their career goals.
Our institute provides training in modern technologies such as MERN Stack, Python, React.js, Node.js, Frontend Development, and Backend Development.
Exp: 1+ year
Location- Indore (Work from office)
Salary: Hike on Last CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel freshers and students regarding career opportunities in IT
- Guide students in choosing the right technology path (MERN, Python, Frontend, Backend, etc.)
- Explain course details including structure, duration, and learning outcomes
- Clearly communicate career opportunities after course completion
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain follow-ups with interested students
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in career counselling, academic counselling, or sales counselling
- Good understanding of IT technologies (MERN, Python, Web Development, etc.)
