Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – AIF/PMS Fund Accounting to oversee fund accounting, compliance, and operational activities related to Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fund accounting, SEBI regulations, and financial operations while demonstrating excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, and operational activities of AIF/PMS funds.
- Supervise fund administrators and accounting consultants.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable SEBI regulations for AIF.
- Prepare and review Management Fees, Distributor Fees, Performance Fees, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, legal advisors, and other consultants.
- Monitor fund operations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Drive process improvements and ensure operational accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and fund accounting.
- Hands-on experience in AIF operations and compliance.
- Good understanding of SEBI AIF regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of ownership.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–5 years in AIF/PMS Fund Accounting, Operations, or Compliance.
- Commerce graduate (CA/CA Inter/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
- Candidates with relevant AIF/PMS industry experience will be preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹522,676.82 - ₹690,715.20 per year
