Position: GM – Plant (Operations Head)
Experience: 10+ years
Salary Range: ₹24 LPA
Location: Vadodara
Reporting to: Executive Director / Managing Director
Role Summary
Looking for a results-driven Plant Head to lead tyre recycling operations. The role involves overseeing production, cost control, team management, and process optimization with a strong focus on lean manufacturing techniques for better productivity, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end plant operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
· Plan and execute production schedules to meet output and cost targets.
· Drive lean manufacturing and process improvements to enhance productivity.
· Monitor and optimize recycling processes (shredding, pyrolysis, crumb/reclaim rubber).
· Ensure strict safety, environmental, and legal compliance.
· Control operational costs and maximize resource utilization.
· Build, mentor, and manage high-performance teams.
· Track and report KPIs for productivity, cost, and quality.
Qualifications
· B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Chemical, or related field.
· 10+ years’ experience in plant operations; tyre recycling/rubber/polymers preferred.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Hands-on expertise in lean manufacturing, TPM, and production tools.
· Knowledge of environmental compliance & waste management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 per month
