ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Intern, you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting potential clients to closing robot lease agreements. You will work directly with the founding team, carry your own pipeline, and represent Botriq in the field. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role suited for someone who is driven, presentable, and comfortable talking to senior decision-makers in healthcare, hospitality, and logistics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and approach potential clients across hospitals, hotels, warehouses, and manufacturing units
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to department heads and procurement teams
- Negotiate and close robot lease agreements priced between Rs.25,000 and Rs.40,000 per unit per month
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools provided by the company
- Represent Botriq at trade events, industry expos, and B2B networking meets in and around Indore
- Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Relay market feedback, competitor intelligence, and client insights to the leadership team
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or a related programme
- Confident, well-groomed, and at ease speaking to senior professionals and CXO-level decision-makers
- Energetic self-starter with a strong drive to hit targets and earn performance bonuses
- Excellent verbal communication in both Hindi and English; written skills are a bonus
- Comfortable with field work — visiting client sites, attending events, and conducting demos
- Basic curiosity about technology products; no deep engineering background required
- Access to personal transport (two-wheeler or car) preferred for client visits
