Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, explaining tour packages to clients, and converting leads into bookings. Freshers with good communication skills and interest in travel sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages to clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, and travel plans according to customer requirements.
- Prepare and share travel quotations and itineraries with clients.
- Maintain proper follow-up with clients for booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM or Excel.
Skills Required
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
- Freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with travel sales experience will be preferred.
