About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start their career in Talent Acquisition and IT Recruitment.
You will get hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for IT & technical roles while working closely with our recruitment team.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Connect with candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn the complete IT recruitment process.
Who Can Apply?
- B.Tech / B.E. – Computer Science / IT
- B.Sc. – Computer Science / IT
- BCA / MCA
- Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome.
- Candidates with a Computer Science / IT background are preferred.
- No prior recruitment experience required.
