Job Responsibilities:
Experience : -2 to 5 year
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning data.
- Coordinate with project sites regarding manpower requirements and attendance.
- Maintain employee files, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations.
- Support performance management and training activities.
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
