- Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Organize business travel, accommodation, transportation, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with event planning, client meetings, and corporate activities.
- Perform personal and administrative tasks as assigned by the executive.
- Support office operations and contribute to process improvements where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of business correspondence and office administration.
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
