Job Summary
Pancholi Developers is looking for a CRM Executive to manage client and associate requirements, maintain township-related data, and ensure smooth coordination of plot availability, payments, documentation, and plot release processes.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, documents, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle associates and clients and address their requirements and queries.
- Manage and maintain all township-related data and records.
- Maintain and regularly update plot availability records.
- Execute and monitor the plot release process as per company procedures.
- Verify loan-related documents and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
- Verify client documents and maintain proper and up-to-date records.
- Monitor plot payment status and check whether payments have been received.
- Follow up with clients and associates regarding pending payments/deposits.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely completion of CRM-related activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure records are properly organized.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling client/associate queries and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records systematically.
- Prior experience in real estate, CRM, customer handling, or documentation will be an advantage.
