The Opportunity
Neodocs is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, and we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Medical Alliances & Growth Associate to join our expanding team. This is a high-impact entry-level role designed for a "go-getter" who wants to shape the future of diagnostic accessibility. As the face of Neodocs across North India, you will be the primary link between pharmaceutical giants, medical professionals
Your Strategic Impact
- Physician Advocacy & Pitching: Conduct high-energy field visits to introduce Neodocs’ innovative services to doctors, effectively pitching our value proposition to secure professional buy-in.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders—including pharmaceutical companies, government bodies, hospital administrations, and existing partners—to ensure seamless service execution.
- Distributor Alignment: Partner with distributors for joint field visits, ensuring our product availability and service standards are perfectly aligned with local market needs.
- Regional Expansion: Travel extensively across the North India territory to nurture existing relationships and scout for new growth opportunities.
- Operational Intelligence: Utilize Excel or Google Sheets to maintain rigorous reports on test completion and gather field insights/feedback to help our internal teams innovate.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Master Communicator: You have the confidence to engage with senior medical professionals and the interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Organized & Diligent: You are naturally detail-oriented with a "follow-up" mindset that ensures no task falls through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy Beginner: You have a foundational understanding of Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Road Warrior: You are excited by the prospect of traveling across North India to grow our medical network.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
