About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager / Creative Content Producer to build and grow Inhouse brand's presence through engaging, high-quality short-form content.
This is not a conventional social media posting role. You will be responsible for the complete creative content cycle — from identifying trends and developing concepts to shooting, editing, publishing, analysing performance and continuously improving content.
The goal is simple: make our products visually exciting, tell compelling stories and create content that can reach millions organically.
Key Responsibilities Content Production
- Create and produce 3–5 high-quality Reels per day.
- Shoot product photography and videos.
- Create product launch creatives and promotional content.
- Develop lifestyle, product-demo and storytelling content.
- Transform product features into engaging short-form content.
Content & Creative Strategy
- Research Instagram, Reels and short-form content trends daily.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Generate strong hooks, concepts and storytelling ideas.
- Study competitor content and identify opportunities.
- Experiment with new formats, concepts and creative approaches.
Video Editing & AI
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
- Use AI tools to improve content quality, speed and creativity.
- Develop reusable editing templates and creative workflows.
- Continuously explore new AI and content-creation tools.
Brand Building
- Maintain consistency in Storio's visual identity and communication.
- Build and maintain an organized, reusable content and creative asset library.
- Create content and creative assets for new product launches.
- Ensure products are presented in an attractive, premium and engaging manner.
Performance & Growth
- Track Reel reach, views, engagement and other relevant metrics.
- Analyse content performance and identify what works.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Continuously test different hooks, formats, styles and storytelling approaches.
- Focus on organic reach and audience growth.
What We're Looking ForMust Have
- Strong interest and understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Strong mobile photography and videography skills.
- Hands-on video editing experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Highly creative, proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong attention to visual quality and detail.
