Key Responsibilities
- Patient Registration & Scheduling: Registering new patients, updating information, scheduling appointments, and managing check-ins/check-outs.
- Greeting & Communication: Welcoming patients and visitors, handling PBX/telephone systems, and directing inquiries.
- Billing & Payments: Collecting payments, issuing receipts, processing invoices, and managing insurance claims verification.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining medical records, handling mail, managing files, and managing office supplies.
- Patient Support & Safety: Guiding patients to departments, handling queries, addressing complaints, and maintaining

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
