Key Responsibilities
- Carry out periodic maintenance and servicing of rooftop solar power plants.
- Perform solar panel cleaning and ensure optimum system performance.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in solar PV systems, inverters, wiring, and associated equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.
- Monitor plant performance and identify operational issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide technical support.
- Assist in material loading, unloading, and delivery to project sites when required.
- Support installation and commissioning activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in solar installation, maintenance, or electrical works is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel to customer locations.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
