· Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, course structure, and duration.
· Understand students’ interests and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
· Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
· Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead/admission records.
· Explain course benefits, curriculum, career prospects, Job opportunities, and placement assistance.
· Conduct campus visits and provide prospective students with a complete overview of the academy and facilities.
· Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process.
· Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth student on boarding.
· Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
· Participate in counseling sessions, seminars, career guidance activities, and promotional events when required.
· Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
