Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience at Levi's Store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail knowledge, and the ability to manage store staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and shrinkage prevention.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of billing systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Team handling experience.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
