Key Responsibilities:
- Process cashless and reimbursement insurance claims.
- Submit pre-authorization requests and required documents to insurance companies/TPAs.
- Follow up on queries, approvals, and claim settlements.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy coverage.
- Prepare and maintain insurance billing records and reports.
- Coordinate with patients, attendants, insurance companies, and hospital departments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with insurance requirements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and claim rejections.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (preferred)
- Knowledge of health insurance billing and TPA processes
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital insurance billing/cashless claims preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of medical insurance claims and documentation
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, hospital software)
- Attention to detail and record management
