Roles & Responsibilities
4-7 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Client Acquisition, or Strategic Partnerships within B2B Technology, SaaS, Healthcare Technology, or Digital Solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including COOs, Hospital Administrators, Operations Leaders, CMOs, and CIOs.
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and pipeline management.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and digital transformation initiatives.
Identify, research, and target enterprise hospitals, healthcare groups, and healthcare networks across GCC markets.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure effective solution positioning and smooth handover of won opportunities
Build and execute the outbound prospecting motion, including messaging, sequencing, ICP targeting, and account prioritisation, not just execute within an existing one.
Prepare customised proposals, presentations, and business cases aligned with client requirements.
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and forecasts within CRM systems.
