Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational activities at our Ajman facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, inventory control, vendor coordination, production follow-ups, basic accounting coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
The role requires close coordination with management, third-party manufacturing partners, suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth business operations and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Dispatch Management
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and business continuity.
- Manage order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment execution.
- Review customer and internal orders for accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment documentation.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to management.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across all categories.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials and finished goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and controls.
- Generate inventory reports and identify shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving inventory.
Production Coordination
- Maintain regular follow-up with third-party manufacturing units regarding production schedules and timelines.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Track production status and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure quality and quantity compliance of products received from production partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.
Vendor & Raw Material Management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Track raw material availability to prevent production delays.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate operational requirements when required.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Accounting & Documentation Support
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding purchase orders, invoices, payments, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain operational records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports related to dispatches, inventory, procurement, and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance of operational documents.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Monitor key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (B. Com, M. Com, B.Sc., M.Sc., etc.).
- 3–8 years of experience in operations, inventory management, dispatch, supply chain, warehouse management, or related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with inventory management systems and ERP software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environments.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain operations.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong reporting and data management capabilities.
- UAE experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
