Job Summary:
Octaga Green is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting functions, tax processes, year-end closing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and be able to handle end-of-year financial closing with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and income tax returns, ensuring timely filing.
- Perform year-end closing and assist with audits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Foreign Remitance
- TDS (Calculation\ Payment)
- Company ITR Filing
- Assist for Finalization / Preparing Balance Sheets
- GSTR1 and 3B Return
- GSTR2A and Reconciliation
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and year-end closing processes.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (CA, ICWA preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
