R K Engineering Works, an ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified manufacturer of electrical control panels, power panels, cranes, hoists and lifts, is hiring Panel Shop Supervisors / Production Incharge to lead the control and power panel manufacturing shop end-to-end — from material readiness to assembly, wiring, testing and dispatch — at our Jaipur (VKI Area) works.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and lead panel shop manpower, material and daily production
- Ensure wiring, assembly and testing quality as per drawing and standards
- Coordinate with design, purchase, QC and dispatch
- Handle complex panels, fault diagnosis and rework control
- Ensure safety, 5S and delivery schedule compliance
- Train technicians, fitters and helpers
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years in control / power panel manufacturing, with team-lead exposure
- Strong drawing reading, panel process and quality knowledge
- Leadership and shop-floor management ability
Base location: Jaipur (VKI Area).
