Key Responsibilities
- User Support: Assist users via phone, email, or live chat with file upload failures, password resets, and portal navigation.
- Document Tracking: Monitor inbound queues to identify outstanding or missing files and proactively follow up with clients or internal teams.
- Quality Assurance: Review submitted files for clarity, proper naming conventions, accuracy, and completeness.
- Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, tracking ticket statuses within our internal system.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all collected files are handled safely according to information security and privacy protocols
