Educational qualifications - B.Tech mechanical/ITI/Diploma (Boiler Certificate- B class is Mandatory)
Salary – 30,000 – 40,000 and depends on last drawn.
Responsibilities
· Plan, manage, and monitor maintenance operations including preventive/predictive maintenance, downtime reduction, shutdown planning, and equipment performance improvement.
· Analyse costs, manage spare parts/inventory (ABC analysis), and ensure efficient resource use.
· Develop, implement, and regularly update maintenance procedures, SOPs, training manuals, and ensure technician training and competency.
· Ensure compliance with GMP, BRC, Food Safety, Safety, Health & Environmental regulations, and lead internal audits and safety programs.
· Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring communication, motivation, skill development, and safe working practices.
· Monitor and improve key maintenance metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, asset utilization, PM/schedule compliance, and sustainability targets.
· Maintain a robust maintenance management system for work orders, history cards, calibration, equipment records, and daily logbooks.
