Overview of the Role:
The Sales Manager –is a leadership role responsible for developing and growing the HR Tech market in the assigned region.
This role focuses on building a strong customer pipeline, and establishing client as a thought leader in HR Technology and compliance solutions. Leveraging the connections in the region and enable value creation and business growth.
The individual will be responsible for creating market awareness, and building long-term regional business sustainability by directly handling frontline sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for market creation.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives such as industry forums, HR Tech workshops, seminars, and roundtables.
- Represent company as a regional ambassador at industry events and associations.
- Establish relationships with large CA firms, HR bodies, and business chambers.
Define annual regional business plans and growth strategies.
- Ensure high standards of ethics, governance, and compliance across the sales process.
- Identify emerging market trends and provide strategic feedback to product and leadership teams.
- Encourage innovation in go-to-market strategies for HR Tech adoption.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through governance and oversight.

What This Role Owns:
