- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the Company's sales and revenue goals.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Represent the Company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, customer requirements, market developments, and emerging business opportunities.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
