Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / M.Sc. Microbiology / M.Sc. Biochemistry / Relevant Degree (DMLT/BMLT with relevant experience may also be considered)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital laboratory, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining NABH/NABL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and supervise technical staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of diagnostic test results.
- Maintain compliance with NABH, NABL, and statutory quality standards.
- Monitor quality control, equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory.
- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure efficient laboratory services.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory personnel.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and documentation.
- Handle audits, quality indicators, and continuous process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality management systems.
- Expertise in NABH/NABL compliance and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
