Job Summary
Programming.com is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to lead a 15+ member QA organization supporting multiple product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QA strategy, automation, AI-driven testing, team leadership, and process standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor large QA teams across automation and manual testing.
- Drive automation-first and AI-powered testing initiatives.
- Define QA processes, metrics, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Release teams across global locations.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, hiring, and career development.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in QA with 4+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Jira, TestRail/Xray/Aqua.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Agile, BDD, performance, accessibility, and compliance testing.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing, QA automation frameworks, and quality governance.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
