About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to develop new business in the Netherlands and India, with an initial focus on the Dutch market. LinkedIn will be the primary channel for personalised prospecting and relationship development; this is not a cold-calling-focused position.
The company director will conduct most on-site demonstrations in the Netherlands. The BDE will prepare these meetings, maintain contact afterwards and help progress opportunities through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target organisations and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads primarily through LinkedIn and personalised outreach.
- Build relationships, understand business needs and arrange meetings or demonstrations.
- Prepare the director for on-site demonstrations with relevant prospect information.
- Follow up after demonstrations and maintain contact throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate proposals, client questions and next steps with management and the technical team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, IT sales, SaaS sales or B2B sales.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, lead research and personalised outreach.
- Strong international communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand software solutions and explain their business value.
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of prospecting and follow-up.
- Experience using CRM software.
Preferred: European client experience, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, software sales, construction technology or property technology.
Compensation and Incentives
- CTC upon achievement of the Basic Target: ₹2.4-₹3.6 LPA, depending on experience, English fluency and demonstrated ability.
- The package consists of a fixed component and a Basic Target Incentive.
- Additional performance-based incentives can be earned for qualified results above the Basic Target.
- Additional incentives may be earned for successful new client acquisition.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
