- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of business strategies and roadmaps.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements related to retail merchandising.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to align business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and change management principles.
- Capability to develop business cases and support project implementation activities.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
