with 3-4 years of experience to strengthen our product quality and testing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong manual and automation testing skills, a structured approach to quality assurance, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Perform end-to-end manual and automation testing across product features.
Create and maintain structured test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Conduct regression, sanity, functional, and exploratory testing.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Cowork to improve test coverage, test-case generation, and testing efficiency.
Validate user workflows, UI/UX, functionality, and edge cases.
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development and release cycles.
Contribute to basic test automation for repetitive and high-priority test cases.
Support the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
