Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll + SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in India Payroll and end-to-end ECP + Payroll implementations.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Payroll configuration, ECP integration, implementation, testing, cutover, go-live and production readiness. Candidates with AMS/Support-only experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the SAP Payroll / ECP workstream throughout implementation.
- Perform end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP and SAP HCM Payroll implementation.
- Configure and support:
- Payroll Schemas
- PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
- Wage Types
- Payroll Processing
- Payroll Results
- Handle Employee Central (EC) to ECP integration and replication.
- Work extensively on India Payroll configuration and statutory requirements.
- Participate in functional design, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
- Lead SIT, UAT and payroll testing activities.
- Manage cutover, go-live and production readiness activities.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Provide functional leadership and ensure successful delivery of the Payroll workstream.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Mandatory end-to-end ECP + Payroll implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Payroll Schemas
- PCRs
- Wage Types
- Payroll Processing
- Payroll Results
- Experience with EC–ECP Integration / Replication.
- Mandatory India Payroll experience.
- Experience as a Lead Consultant / Senior Consultant, with ownership of the Payroll workstream.
- Hands-on experience in Testing, Cutover, Go-Live and Production Readiness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- SuccessFactors ECP experience
- End-to-end ECP + Payroll implementation
- India Payroll
- Payroll configuration expertise
- EC–ECP integration/replication
- Lead/Senior Consultant experience
Not Eligible:
- AMS / Production Support-only profiles
- Candidates without end-to-end implementation experience
- Candidates without India Payroll experience
- Mumbai-based candidates
Compensation & Location
Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore & NCR
Candidates who meet the above requirements and have strong E2E SAP Payroll + ECP implementation experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
