Atleast 4-5 Years of Experience as a Zonal Business Manager in the same region as per our requirement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Achieve zonal sales targets and business growth.
- Manage and monitor RBMs, ABMs, and field force teams.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.
- Ensure proper market coverage and prescription generation.
- Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance monitoring.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and stockists.
- Monitor field activities, reporting, attendance, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Drive team productivity and territory development.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
