Soviv Collectives LLP is a bootstrapped D2C women's innerwear brand. We run two labels - Soviv (everyday) and Peaches & Roses (premium). We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify. We're profitable, lean, and not your typical corporate.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We need someone to own our marketplace operations. You'll handle everything from listings and ads to day-to-day account management and reporting. You'll report directly to the founder and have real autonomy over how we perform on each platform.
This isn't a back-office job. You'll see the impact of your work directly on our sales. If you like having ownership and seeing results, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Product Listing Management
Create and optimize listings across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, and Shopify. You'll handle catalog uploads, A+ content, keyword optimization, and making sure everything's indexed properly.
Run campaigns on Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads. You'll manage budgets, optimize bids, and make sure we're getting decent ROAS.
Handle orders, sync inventory across platforms, manage returns and refunds. When something breaks with a platform, you fix it or escalate it to their support.
Track sales, ad spend, ROAS, ACoS, BSR trends. Create dashboards or reports so leadership knows what's working and what's not.
Keep an eye on how competitors are positioned. What are they pricing? What are we missing?
Make sure we're following platform policies. Account suspensions cost us money and time.
- Supply Chain Coordination
Work with our supply chain team on inventory levels, new launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Look for new promotional opportunities, sales events, or channels we haven't tried yet.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years managing marketplace seller accounts on Indian e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience on Amazon India, Flipkart, and Myntra. You know these platforms well. You can navigate dashboards, pull reports, and troubleshoot common issues.
- Shopify experience. At least basic knowledge of how it works.
- You've actually run marketplace advertising campaigns. You understand PPC, keyword research, and ROAS optimization.
- Can write product listings. You know marketplace SEO. You can write copy that converts and ranks.
- Data-driven. You're comfortable analysing data, spotting trends, and acting on insights.
- Good English. You need to communicate with platform support teams and explain what's happening.
- Self-motivated. You don't need someone telling you what to do every day. You prioritize, execute, and own the results.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- AJIO or Nykaa seller certifications or experience
- Experience with marketplace management tools (Sellerworx, Algopix, Helium10)
- Background in women's fashion or innerwear
- Experience running D2C brands across multiple channels
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
