- Mobilize migrant labours on a day-to-day basis
- Close interaction with contractor in assigning work
- Handle grievances of migrant labours
- Handle salary and OT related queries
- Oraginiz replacement manpowers who are proceeding on leave
- Efficient utilization of migrant labours
- Hindi language is mandatory
