About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to reduce CPL and improve ROAS.
- Create ad copies, headlines, and campaign creatives in coordination with the design team.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
- Setup and manage:
- Pixel Integration
- Conversion Tracking
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with latest advertising trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Understanding of:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion Tracking
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/creative strategy is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
- Experience in education, real estate, or service-based lead generation is an advantage.
