We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of innovative digital products and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate has strong product thinking, hands-on design expertise, experience managing design initiatives, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity.
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to final implementation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define and deliver user-centric solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Drive design strategy, usability improvements, and design system adoption.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content creation, prototyping, and design optimization.
Mentor junior designers and provide design leadership across projects.
Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project timelines.
4–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product design work.
Mandatory experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI, or similar tools in the design process.
Proficiency in Figma and modern design methodologies.
Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
Experience leading projects and mentoring/managing designers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
