Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through various online and offline marketing activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company's financial products and services.
- Explain mutual funds, insurance, and other financial services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated customer database.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, mutual funds, insurance products, and company offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds and insurance is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and build customer relationships.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance will be an added advantage.
